This website belongs to Sriram Chaitanya (Kosuri Sreeram Chaitanya), a freelance web developer based in Hyderabad, India. This page explains what information is collected when you send an enquiry, and how it is used.

1. Information you share

When you fill in the contact or quote form, you may provide:

  • Name — so I know who I am replying to.
  • Email address — so I can respond to your enquiry.
  • Phone / WhatsApp number — so I can reach you about your project.
  • Project details — the type of website you need and anything you write about your project.

You can also contact me directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp instead of using the form.

2. How your information is used

Your enquiry information is used only to:

  • Read and respond to your enquiry, usually within 24 hours.
  • Prepare a quote and discuss your project with you.
  • Improve this website and its enquiry process.

Your information is never sold and is never shared for someone else's marketing.

3. How the form works (Web3Forms)

Form submissions on this website are processed by Web3Forms, a form-handling service. When you press send, the details you entered are transmitted to Web3Forms so they can be delivered to me by email. Web3Forms processes this data on my behalf; their handling of it is governed by their own policies.

A simple spam check (an invisible anti-bot field) runs in the form to block automated spam.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website itself does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled in the future, it will be limited to:

  • Google Analytics (if enabled later) — to understand anonymous, aggregate visits (which pages are viewed, roughly from where).
  • Meta / Facebook Pixel (if enabled later) — to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram ads (page views, WhatsApp clicks, form submissions).

Neither tool is currently active on this website. This section will be updated if that changes, including how to opt out via your browser or ad settings.

5. Third parties

Apart from Web3Forms (which delivers form messages), your enquiry details are not shared with third parties unless required by law. Clicking portfolio links, WhatsApp, email, or phone buttons takes you to external services (project websites, WhatsApp, your mail or phone app) which have their own privacy policies.

6. Keeping your information

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows — normally the length of our conversation plus a reasonable follow-up period. You can ask me to delete your enquiry details at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your choices

  • You do not have to use the form — email, phone, or WhatsApp work just as well.
  • You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion.
  • You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
